A reservation is not secured until a contract is signed and a deposit is made. The deposit is $500 cash or check.
We have 33 round tables (5 feet), ten 8-foot tables, ten 6-foot tables, and plenty of metal folding chairs. You would have access to our kitchen, which includes a commercial ice maker. Outside caterers are welcome. We allow alcohol on site pending a 1-day permit obtained by the ABC board prior to the event. All events must end at midnight. All music and alcohol have to end 1 hour prior to the event ending.
We have a 4-hour minimum of $1,800.00.
Each hour after the 4-hour minimum is $250.00.
If you need to set up the day of the event, the fee is $50.00 an hour.
If you want to set up the day before the event it is a flat fee of $400 for 3 hours.
A $500.00 security deposit (cash/check) is returned to you pending no damage to the hall or police response to event.
The final amount due must be paid 1 month prior to the event.
